The flowers look amazing and I appreciate the response to my request to for specific color roses. However, they were intended to be a surprise for my wife's birthday and I put her as the recipient to be contacted if there was an issue with delivery, not for her to answer about the color of the flowers. It kind of broke the surprise since she didn't expect to be receiving any flowers. ---- Florist's Response: Hey John , I’m really sorry about that! The flowers were meant to be a surprise for your wife’s birthday, and we accidentally reached out to her about the color instead of keeping it quiet. That’s completely on us — I feel terrible it broke the surprise. We definitely will pay closer attention to the numbers we text in the future! The good news is they turned out beautiful (exactly the shades you wanted), and I hope she still loves them.
