Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I give it a 4 rather than a 5 because the flowers were delivered to the wrong house. We live in a lane with 3 different addresses so it is understandable that it would be confusing, and I did get a phone call that I initially missed to confirm the delivery was to the correct place. The boy in the green truck put it on the wrong doorstep. I was able to walk the flowers to the correct address as it should have been the first cabin and not the second cabin. ---- Florist's Response: We're sorry the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. We've notified our third-party address delivery service about the address confusion to prevent future errors. Thank you for your review.
